- Customers are charged $5 for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

- Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item.
